# Баланс и оплата

* Откройте бота → **Пополнить баланс**.
* Выберите быстрое пополнение на 1/3/6/12 месяцев или введите свою сумму.
* После успешной оплаты баланс увеличится сразу.

* В боте есть раздел **Платежи** — последние операции видны там же.

### <mark style="background-color:orange;">Компенсации и возвраты</mark>

* **EnotProxy** — это сложное техническое решение и иногда бывают сбои в работе. При длительной неработоспособности сервиса, мы начисляем бонусы на баланс, чтобы компенсировать вам оплаченный период.
* Возвраты и корректировки — через поддержку, если есть основания.

**Важно:**

* Баланс можно пополнять заранее.
* При сбоях или технических работах баланс не пропадает.
* Компенсации могут начисляться прямо на баланс.
